Canid is an early-stage startup that is on a mission to save independent pediatric practices from being consumed by large provider conglomerates. Community practices are an essential component for accessible, affordable, equitable healthcare. By helping these essential businesses to run more efficiently, we enable independent practices to remain independent and embedded within the communities they serve.
We're beginning with the biggest pain point for every pediatric practice: comprehensive vaccine management. Our product helps physicians lower their overall internal costs, improve their vaccination rates, and simplify their vaccination record management, all with a single easy-to-use product.
We are scope and offerings to bring practices the comprehensive vaccine management they need and we need amazing people to do it!
Our team brings together experts in SMB & health tech, with a proven track record of building scalable enterprises. We are passionate and deeply invested in building a better healthcare system - one that works for patients and doctors alike. We also deeply care about each other, are proud about the tight-knit culture we built and fully embrace the challenge of maintaining this culture as we add new members to our teams.
Our pre-seed round of funding was joined by Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, FJ Labs, On Deck, along with senior leadership at NYC Health + Hospitals, Columbia University, Telenor Health, Segment, Google, & more.
We're looking for an ambitious Customer Success Associate to be the face of Canid to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a delightful experience with us.
Early-stage startups are scrappy, and we expect you to be scrappy too. Besides owning customer management, you will also be acting as the bridge between Canid’s operations and product teams and the clients. You are a very critical stakeholder that will steer the direction of our service towards what our clients want!
Overall, the ideal candidate is looking for a diverse set of experiences including client facing responsibilities, quick on-your-feet issue resolution activity, involvement with product and operations as the voice of clients. You're excited to join the ground floor of a fast-paced digital health startup and have a massive impact on the direction of the company. You care deeply about enabling pediatricians to provide the best possible care to the kids they work with. Given we are an early-stage company, you must be comfortable with shifting needs and timelines as Canid's needs evolve.
